Style: Spiced blonde ale

Ingredients: Barley malt, organic ginger, hops, rice, yeast, Sansho pepper

Nose: Fresh ginger, Sansho pepper (aromas of lemongrass and pepper)

Palate: Malty, slightly spicy and acidic. Dry finish.

IBU: 25

Style: Hybrid saison hopped and sake

Brewing influences: Japanese (sake) and American (hoppy saison)

Alcohol: 5.4%

Ingredients: barley, rice, hops

Nose: floral and phenolic, complex, yet delicate

Bouche: très seche et très effervescente, aucune acidité. Amertume légerte.

Style: Rice lager

Brewing influence: Japanese lager

Alcohol: 4.5%

Ingredients: barley, rice, hops

Nose: Spicy and floral noble hops

Palate: beautifully rounded and balanced with a medium bitterness
